Built with churches in mind
Our goal is to build focused tools that solve real administrative and ministry challenges while respecting the privacy, time, and resources of the churches that use them.
TimeForMinistry began with a simple question: Can technology take care of some of the repetitive work so ministry leaders can spend more time caring for people?
Our first application, Prayer Request Sorter, was created around a very practical need: helping churches organize weekly prayer requests quickly and privately so they can be used more effectively in prayer meetings.
The application works offline, keeping sensitive prayer-request information on the church's own computer rather than sending it to an external service.
Simple. Private. Practical.
We're intentionally taking a different approach to church software. Rather than building complicated systems that try to do everything, TimeForMinistry focuses on small, useful tools that do specific jobs well.

From Ministry Experience to TimeForMinistry
With more than 30 years of experience serving churches in music ministry, administration, and volunteer leadership, TimeForMinistry grew from a practical understanding of the demands placed on church staff and volunteers.
The idea for Prayer Request Sorter began when a need arose to organize prayer requests for a church's monthly prayer meeting. Rather than create another recurring task for staff or volunteers, the goal became to build a simple tool that could handle the work consistently and free valuable ministry time for people, prayer, and service.
That practical need became Prayer Request Sorter — and the beginning of TimeForMinistry.
Our purpose is simple: use technology and practical skills to help churches reduce unnecessary administrative work and keep more time focused on ministry.
